SHIPPING, PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Your order will be delivered within a short period of time following its placement and will be shipped using the best courier service depending on the shipping address you have indicated when submitting your order. Therefore, your order will be shipped strictly according to the information you enter during check-out.

All orders are processed, delivered and shipped on business days only (i.e. Monday to Friday). Any orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following workday. All non-EU orders may be subjected to Duties and Taxes charges, determined by customs in the destination country and are borne by the client.

Your order will be delivered within 1-3 weeks.

PAYMENTS

You can use your credit card, debit card and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover) to pay for your order without worrying about security. Our company collaborates with Eurobank. When it’s time to complete your payment you will automatically be transferred to Eurobank’s web system to ensure maximum security. There you can use your credit card, just follow the simple instructions available. After you complete the payment, you are transferred back to marinaraphael.com. We also accept payments with PayPal.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, kindly submit all the necessary information in the form below. We would appreciate if you could provide us with images in case of a faulty product by clicking the respective button.

With the exception of orders for products with special specifications or customized or adapted products, you may rescind your order (in part or in whole) and return the shipped item(s), within 14 days from the day of its/their receipt.

Kindly keep in mind that in order for us to accept your return the product must be in excellent condition, in its original packaging and protective covers. Once the item is received, we will refund you immediately.
