Marina Raphael uses Shopify to support the operation of the online store. For the core e-commerce services provided to the Company, including hosting, order fulfilment and related store operations, Shopify acts as a data processor processing personal data on behalf of the Company. Where Shopify processes certain shared network data in connection with Shopify Network Intelligence or similar Shopify features for its own purposes, Shopify may act as an independent data controller for that specific processing. Where Shopify acts as an independent data controller, it is responsible for handling data subject requests relating to that specific processing, without prejudice to the Company’s responsibility for handling requests relating to processing carried out by the Company as data controller. Customer account data may be retained for as long as your account remains active or for as long as necessary to provide the Services requested by you.
Order, payment, delivery, returns and related transaction data may be retained for as long as necessary to perform our contract with you, manage after-sales requests, and/or resolve disputes.
Invoicing and accounting data is retained for the statutory period required under applicable tax and bookkeeping legislation (i.e. 5 years).
When you opt-in for marketing communications, your contact details for marketing purposes will be retained until you withdraw your consent. We may ask you to renew your consent at appropriate intervals.
Automatically collected data, such as log files, is retained for six (6) months for security monitoring, unless a security incident requires a longer retention period for investigation purposes.
