EVANGELIE SMYRNIOTAKI X MARINA RAPHAEL

A design collaboration underpinned by the objective of creating the ultimate party bag. Marina Raphael and Creative Director Evangelie Smyrniotaki, join forces to create one of the brand’s bestsellers, the EVANGELIE bag.

The pair envisioned a bag in a miniature silhouette that held within it the power to bring out everyone’s inner sparkle. The two creatives forged this collaboration with their idea of a modern muse. Conjuring up an image of a dynamic and driven energy who carries themselves with confidence and boundless creativity.

This vision was translated in the form of a fully crystalized bag. Its glimmering body is composed of one uninterrupted panel of crystalized mesh that contains over 5.000 carefully placed Swarovski crystals. The miniscule and angular shape is at once eccentric and captivating.

The successful collaboration has evolved into many iterations of this now iconic shape. The EVANGELIE has gained incredible support from celebrities like Alicia Keys, Rita Ora, Chiara Ferragni, Giovanna Engelbert, Helena Christensen, Taylor Hill, Candice Swanepoel and many more.
